1.1 Performance characteristics
1. It has an extremely wide temperature control range, which can meet various needs of users.

3. The control instrument adopts our company's independently developed color touch screen controller.
4. It has a set value that varies with temperature, and can be selected for low or high temperature, with simple operation.
5. The temperature setting inside the test box adopts a keyboard setter, making the setting simple and easy. The instrument has an error correction function when setting the temperature, and after correction, more accurate test conditions can be obtained.
6. Liquid nitrogen refrigeration is used in the refrigeration system.

1.2.2 Main low-temperature freezer applications:
After heat treatment and quenching, stay at room temperature: After quenching, make sure to evenly cool the inside and outside of the ring to room temperature before cold treatment, otherwise it is easy to crack. After cooling to room temperature, immediately cold treat (generally not more than 30 minutes), otherwise the transformation from austenite to martensite will be stopped.
The temperature of cold treatment is mainly based on the martensitic transformation termination temperature Mf of the steel, and factors such as the impact of cold treatment on mechanical properties and processability should also be considered. For GCr15 steel, -70 ℃ is selected for cold treatment; When there are limitations on the precision requirements of the ring or equipment, the cold treatment temperature can be selected from -40 to -70 ℃; Ultra precision bearings can undergo cold treatment between -70 ℃ and -80 ℃. The undercooling temperature affects the impact fatigue and contact life of bearings.
Although the transformation of a large amount of martensite is completed between cooling to a certain temperature, in order to ensure that the surface and center of a batch of rings reach the cold treatment temperature uniformly, a certain insulation time is required, usually 1-1.5 hours
After cold treatment, the ring is placed in the air and its temperature slowly rises to room temperature before being tempered in a timely manner. The temperature rise should not be too fast, otherwise it is easy to crack; Temper in a timely manner, otherwise the large residual stress inside the ring will cause the ring to crack, generally not exceeding 2 hours.
